Our Candidate Process

Initial Contact

Whether we've contacted you or you've reached out to us, we look forward to getting to know you better. Together, we'll decide on the best path forward.

Sometimes, this stage marks the end of the process as the timing might not be right for you to change roles. In such cases, we may schedule a follow-up for a later date. We also offer ongoing services, including CV guidance, insights into the current job market, salary expectations, and career advice. All conversations are completely confidential.

Meeting

We believe in personal connection and will always arrange a meeting before representing you.

Shortlist

We'll include you in a shortlist for a role if it aligns with both your skill set and career goals. Expect regular communication from us regarding timeframes.

Client Interviews

We’ll coordinate the interview for you with the client. This step involves ensuring you are prepared for the interview and put your best foot forward. There will be further interviews before this stage is complete with feedback after each interview.

Offer

It's our job to ensure you receive an offer in line with what was initially discussed.
