Our client is a specialist compliance consultancy dedicated to the pubs and clubs sector. They provide end-to-end regulatory support across the industry, including AML/CTF, and are now seeking an experienced AML Consultant to take ownership of this function.
Based in Brisbane, you will work closely with venue operators across the pubs and clubs landscape, designing and reviewing AML/CTF frameworks that are practical, commercial and fit for purpose.
About the Role:
Develop and implement AML/CTF Programs tailored to pubs and clubs
Conduct program reviews and effectiveness assessments
Advise clients on AML/CTF obligations, risk assessments and controls
Provide clear, commercially pragmatic guidance to venue operators
Act as the AML subject matter expert within the consulting team
This is a client-facing role with genuine autonomy and ownership.
About You:
Proven AML/CTF compliance experience
Exposure to AML/CTF within a gaming environment (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and program design
Experience reviewing and strengthening AML Programs
Confident in engaging with stakeholders and delivering advice
Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple clients
Candidates from other regulated industries will be considered if you bring strong technical capability and the ability to quickly adapt to a gaming context.
